Manchester area.We are an organisation led by military veterans, delivering structured, meaningful programmes that support young people across our community. Our team brings discipline, routine, life experience and genuine care to every young person we work with.💥

About the Youth Forces Development ProgrammeA unique, military inspired development pathway offering: – A disciplined, supportive daily routine, Life skills training delivered by experienced veterans, Confidence building, teamwork and resilience A safe, structured environment tailored to SEMH/SEND needs, A clear route into college or further education. Our mission is simple: no young person should be left behind when they leave Year 11.📩 Schools & ProfessionalsWe are now accepting referrals and expressions of interest from schools who want to secure better outcomes for their most vulnerable learners.
